The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum sheet – initiation of changed circumstances review to consider partial revocation of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Germany with respect to certain lithographic-grade aluminum sheet

Citric acid – dumping margin of 8.22 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

Corrosion-resistant steel – subsidy rates of 0.59, 1.43, and 6.71 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

MSG – dumping margin of 58.67 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022

Solar cells – initiation of changed circumstances reviews to consider partial revocation of AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells whether or not assembled into modules from China with respect to certain off-grid small portable crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels

Steel nails – dumping margins of zero and 0.66 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, preliminary no shipment determination with respect to two companies, and rescission of review with respect to one company

Wire strand – initiation of country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether imports of certain high carbon steel wire from Mexico that are assembled or completed into prestressed concrete steel wire strand in the U.S. are circumventing the AD duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Mexico
